I guess it’s time to add my favorites to the growing list. For exotic desserts, my favorites are the Halo Halo at Alan Wong’s Pineapple Room. It is so light and fresh. Absolutely the best halo halo I have ever tasted! The second dessert is from downtown located in the Hawaii State Art Museum. They serve mini churros with a slightly spicy, Mexican chocolate dipping sauce. It goes great with a cup of their Illy coffee. For chocoate desserts, the flourless chocolate cake at Formaggio Market City is wonderful paired with a glass of Duckhorn Merlot and the molten chocolate cake at Roy’s is great. I also love the Creme Brule at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. One question I am still trying to answer: Who has the best bread pudding? Oahu Country Club or Ruth’s Chris? Who has your vote?

So to get this blog started, I have to ask… where do you dessert?
